Tax Brackets - Tax Rates for 2011
These are up from last years tax rates and offer a better
opportunity to hang onto more of your money although the rate of inflation has eaten up any extra money that many people could manage to squirrel away.
Single people and married couples who are just below the top edge of each bracket stand to get the advantage as they are in the window of change.
This means they are actually doing better than last year if moneywise their income stays the same.
All in all it may well be that we are no better off despite the rates being higher.
